What’s new in Shopify

Update: Tax rates vary by destination. Previously, the original destination tax stayed on the order even after you updated the shipping address, so your financials and tax reporting could drift out of sync. Now the order reflects the taxes for where it's actually shipping, which keeps your records accurate.

• Taxes are recalculated for the new shipping address, and you’ll see a preview of the updated amounts before saving.
• If the change creates a payment difference, you'll see it before you save, so you can choose to send an invoice to the customer.
