Smart delivery in Shopify Messaging

Shopify Messaging now includes smart delivery, a feature that intelligently prioritizes which messages to send and hold back, helping you optimize for conversion while lowering unsubscribes and marketing costs.

For example, if a customer hasn’t opened your recent marketing emails, they may be filtered from your next campaign. That way, you can focus your sends on customers who are more likely to engage.
