What’s new in Shopify

Starting April 15, 2026, you will no longer be able to edit or publish new Shopify Scripts. Your existing published Scripts will continue to run until June 30, 2026, when all Shopify Scripts will stop executing. We strongly encourage you to migrate to Shopify Functions as soon as possible. To help with your migration planning, use the Shopify Scripts customizatinos report to identify which customizations can be replaced with Shopify Functions or public apps.
