What’s New at Shopify?

We’ve added SMS marketing capabilities to Shopify Messaging, formerly known as Shopify Email. Now you can create, send, and track SMS directly from Shopify.

Subscribed customers can receive exclusive offers, helpful product tips, and timely updates. Use ready-made templates built by commerce experts or create your own, then customize your messages to fit your brand. All messages include built-in safeguards to meet regional compliance.

With flexible pricing, you can scale up SMS marketing communications during busy seasons and scale down when you need to—only paying for the messages you send.

You can find both email and SMS marketing capabilities in your Shopify admin within the Shopify Messaging app. SMS marketing is available to select regions.
