What’s new in Shopify

Suppliers on Shopify Collective can now earn a Verified Tracking badge by maintaining consistent carrier tracking coverage across all of their orders. The badge appears on their supplier profile in Discovery, where badged suppliers increase their discoverability to retailers.

Three shipping metrics now appear on the home page of the Collective: Supplier app: carrier tracking coverage, on-time fulfillment, and on-time delivery.

Metrics are calculated from every order in a supplier's Shopify store, not just Collective orders, so existing shipping work counts toward the badge. Suppliers can see their current coverage, the gap to close, and the steps to get there.
