What’s new in Shopify

The connectivity screen in the POS app has been updated to now give a single view of your selling environment health: internet connection, Shopify service status, and hardware connection health. When something is degraded, the panel offers next-best actions, such as guidance on enabling offline checkout, so you can keep selling.

Automatically available in POS v11.10. Access the Connectivity screen by hitting the associated icon on the bottom left of the Shopify POS app.
