Reply directly to customers who submit a Shopify Form

You can now reply directly to the customer who submitted a Shopify Form. When the feature to receive email notifications on form submission is enabled, the email address listed in your store details will receive an email notification each time a customer submits a form. This email contains the information that was submitted, as well as a link to the customer or company record within Shopify. The reply-to address now sends directly to the customer who submitted the form, so you can send them an email reply directly if that’s the next best step, like on forms that request a quote or are inquiring about a custom service.
