What’s New at Shopify?

Update: We’ve started migrating our CAPTCHA implementation on Storefronts to hCaptcha from Google reCAPTCHA as part of our ongoing effort to reduce form abuse. This is an ongoing rollout to stores in cohorts.

This is a drop in replacement for reCAPTCHA v3 with the hCaptcha badge replacing the reCAPTCHA badge that loads when a customer interacts with a protected form. No action is required, unless you are notified otherwise.
