Marketing automations are moving on March 24

We’re making changes to where your marketing automations show under ‘Marketing’ > ‘Automations’ in Shopify.

On March 24, 2026:

  • Marketing automations that use Shopify Messaging emails will move to the Shopify Messaging app.

  • Automations that have marketing activities from other apps will be available in the Shopify Flow app.

You don't need to take any action, and your marketing automations will keep working as expected.
