What’s new in Shopify

Flow now has new triggers that start workflows when inventory transfers change status. Inventory transfers represent stock moving between your business locations — like sending products from a warehouse to a retail store.

The Inventory transfer ready to ship trigger starts a workflow when a transfer has been prepared and is marked "ready to ship". Use this to build workflows that alert the receiving location, update logistics dashboards, and more.

The Inventory transfer completed trigger starts a workflow when a transfer is fully received at its destination (either accepted or rejected). Use this to build workflows that update internal records, notify teams that stock has arrived, or kick off follow-up tasks like shelf stocking or inventory reconciliation.
