Enhancements to the Cohort Analysis report
New release: We’ve updated the Customer Cohort Analysis report to include an amount spent per customer metric calculating the average amount customers have spent in their history with your store (including taxes, discounts, shipping, and any refunds). Amount spent per customer provides insight into your customers’ overall value to your business, and helps you determine how to more effectively invest your marketing.
In addition to seeing the average amount spent per customer, you can now toggle sales metrics and see cumulative values for your net, gross, and total sales between cohorts.
