International shipping now includes Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) label options for both DHL Express and DHL eCommerce in the US. In Canada, DHL Express offers DDP and DDU labels. DDP labels let you handle all duties and taxes upfront, so customers receive packages without additional fees or delays at customs. DDU labels transfer duty responsibility to customers, reducing your shipping costs.
